Who we are
Vanilla Bloom was launched in 2006 by Rebecca McCarthy. After gaining a Masters in Fine Art, and then working for a large corporation she saw the opportunity to combine these skills by setting up a wedding stationery business that combined creative flair with exceptional customers service.

How we use your information
We look after your information carefully. Any details given will only be used by Vanilla Bloom in relation to the production of your order and will not be disclosed to any other third parties. Examples of details we collect may include:

Wedding Date, Time & Location

Security of all information is paramount and will not be passed on to any Third Parties.

Dealing with other people
We appreciate that planning a wedding is a very busy time, and once you have placed your order you may wish for a family member or wedding planner to oversee the production of your stationery. This is not a problem and may be arranged once we hold sufficient confirmation from the purchaser.

Information we collect
Occasionally we may ask our customers for information on where they heard about our services, and questionnaires may be used to provide valuable feedback on our products and services so that we may improve even more in the future.

PayPal
If you chose to pay via PayPal than Vanilla Bloom will have no access to your payment information. We use PayPal as a secure and in dependent method of transferring money via Debit or credit card.
