Vanilla Bloom Terms and Conditions

• Orders can only be excepted from the UK.
• Order forms must be accompanied by a cheque for 50% of the total order, and the balance paid within 28 days of receipt of your stationery.
• Orders under £100 require the full amount to be paid in advance.
• Please note that slight differences in colours may vary due to the handmade nature, individual nature of handcrafted cards.
• Should an order be cancelled, the customer will be liable for any costs relating to work completed at that time.
• Proof-reading is the responsibility of the customer, as are any errors unnoticed at the time of proof-reading. Proofs should be signed to signify acceptance, or returned marked with any necessary amendments to errors. Decisions to make changes to wording (except relating to errors) may incur extra charges.
• Wedding Stationery postage is by Special Delivery and will require a signature. Vanilla Bloom cannot be held liable for any loss or damage after dispatch. Orders may take up to six weeks to complete (urgent orders will be considered).
• Favour box postage is by standard royal mail delivery and may take up to 5 days to arrive.
• Any items required via separate mailings will incur a further delivery charge.
• It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have copyright permission for hymns, readings and images.
• All cards and designs are the copyright of Vanilla Bloom. They may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
